Every one at the surgery are brilliant I cannot praise them enough friendly and helpful .Many thanks
Thank you very much - is it is great to know that we are seen as such. Kind regards Sara Practice Manager
From experience, I find it difficult to obtain an appointment with my preferred Doctor and recently had to wait two weeks. However, it is possible to see other Doctors in the Surgery, without having to wait that long.
Today I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and had to wait thirty five minutes before being called. No problem for me, but if a working person, then it could be !
My Doctor listened carefully and provided prescriptions for my needs.
Thank you for this very honest feedback. You are right that when a doctor runs late it can have an impact on the day of the patients who are waiting. However, it is likely that there was a patient who needed extra time with the doctor which was not foreseen, or that he/she had to deal with an emergency earlier in the session. Appointment timings are constantly under review to ensure that we achieve a balance between getting everybody seen and giving everyone enough time. Kind regards Sara Practice Manager
I have always experienced a friendly welcome together with second to none treatment when visiting this surgery. In particular the expert and thorough medical treatment I have received over the years from Dr Maleki. Also a mention for Fiona the Nurse Practitioner, Karen who takes my blood samples and all of the reception staff who are always friendly and approachable.
There are other doctors and members of staff who ably assist but as I have had little or no experience of their treatment so am unable to comment
Thank you very much for this feedback. It is good to have information which can be fed back directly to staff. While we need to know when we make mistakes, there is nothing like a thank you or a "pat on the back" for encouraging good and caring practice. Kind regards Sara Practice Manager.
Dr Maleki and his staff are very caring, and I have first hand experience both personally, and as a carer for my elderly father, of them going that extra mile. They were also very supportive of me earlier this year when I required an operation and radiotherapy treatment at the same time that my father died. This is a small practice and I know it's not possible for everyone to see Dr Maleki, (which is the main issue for some patients) but the other doctors are very good, as is the nurse practitioner, and if the clinicians feel you need to be seen that day (telephone triage system in place) you will be.
Many thanks for your kind words and helpful feedback. It is comforting to know that patients understand that although a favoured GP is not always available for the patient, there is always someone on hand who will be able to help, but more so that we were able to help you when you needed us. Best Wishes Sara Practice Manager
